No, what I am talking about is figuring out this problem in the year 2013. It is a given we want maximum individual rights, but it is also a moral imperative, IMO, that we live in a compassionate, kind, civilized society. In the future we will need a statis philosophy of societies. All societies and that is what you need to think about. Look how fast we are polluting the earth for instance. All I am saying is that we need modern sophisticated thinking to figure this shit out! And that obviously includes all history. We are still experimenting. We don't even know what kind of animal we are, or what the future cognition holds for us. Not a fucking clue. HUman singularity is right around the corner. You seem a good guy so learn the questions. Forget the answers
