Means the market maker that is willing to sell you the stock.

Means the market maker that is willing to buy the stock from you.

Usually they offer to buy or sell a set lot of 500 with FIBR. Other stocks the lot is usually 1000. If they offer to buy (bid) 500 at 2 5/8 and you put in an order, they are obligated to buy 500. If you put in 600 they don't have to do the whole lot. Sitting means they show that they will buy or sell 500, but cross many shares more than that. MMs rarely show how many shares they are willing to buy or sell.
