They want to remove non-reporting BB companies. I think this is a good idea, I know several companies I am invested in are becoming reporting companies because of the negatives that go along with not reporting. I think this will clean it up very well and cause more real bb compnaues to start reporting. Get rid of scam stocks with no balance sheets at all.

The point was that these stocks need to present some type of financial
statement so that they be reviewed for and by the buying public.
Security regulators have expressed alarm that UNSCRUPULOUS PROMOTERS,
BROKERS AND TRADERS HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE of the loosely regulated marketplace to foist worthless stocks on unwitting investors.
I believe that this is differant from the "Delisting" which is forthcoming for many over the counter stocks.
