Using a Quotrek, Ive been watching for the past 5 minutes both the bid and ask are the same at 23.125 with sales going through, any thoughts anyone?

I don't hold margin positions often so I cannot speak from personal experience. But generally, you'll get a call or written notice from your broker asking you to cover your position or they will liquidate whatever portion you hold necessary to bring your account back within the established margin limits.

If you happen to be out of the country, too bad. But if you're margined & about to leave, it would be prudent to take whatever steps necessary to protect your position. Ce la vie.
