It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention. only 2/3.....that's 34.......it's a convention to propose amendments......not a "Constitutional Convention" .......need 3/4 to ratify amendments.....that's 38 .....first two should be term limits and a balanced budget amendment.........OVERWHELMING bipartisan support...........begin the 'PROCESS" now!
