I never heard any allegations like that and if I did I certainly would see them for the BS that they would be. Like I said before...EVERYBODY I KNOW is holding long!!! Shorters may be able to slow it down but the stock price is on its way up!!! I feel sorry for the shorts who don't cover by then....well...I guess I lied...I really DON'T feel sorry for them!!!

To All:Selling?...That is a flat out lie. I don't
know where he got this information but it is NOT true. My position in OZON is long and I plan on holding for a long, long time.

I want to caution all on SI: there are many people who lurk, and may even post, here who are nothing more than shorters or competitors of the Company.
This particular fellow has sent to me, Melinda and others a number of
emails stating things that are just untrue. He holds himself out as someone concerned for my welfare. Frankly, I don't believe it and think he's doing nothing more than protecting his own short position.

I will happily fax to any who do not believe that I am long this stock a copy of my accounts. I have absolutely NO intention of selling...

Amy,

Mr. Noye must be nuts. Brenda happened to send to me a copy of the email sent to her and I think the guy is a little off. Of course Brenda can do with her shares anything she wants and none of us should be tied to her decisions, but I think he implies that she has to file in order to sell. That in itself tells me the guy is clearly out of tune. And I don't think Brenda intends to sell for a long time anyway.

Just my opinion,
Marlin

Looks to me like the shorters are planning yet another misinformation session! Don't you just LOVE it? Here is what I believe to be an accurate partial representation of todays S-3 filing...I have spoken to Brenda and I am convinced that she is holding long. The keywords in this filing are "may but are not required to" ...read for yourself...

The shares offered...are issuable to the Selling Stockholders by the company
upon the exercise of Class A Warrants and Class B Warrants owned by the
Selling Shareholders. The Class A Warrants entitle the Selling Stockholders
to purchase from the Company an aggregate of 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock
at $2.60 per share. The Class B Warrants entitle the Selling Stockholders to
purchase from the company an aggegate of 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock at
$2.75 per share. The Selling Stockholders may, but are not required to , sell
the Shares subsequent to their acquisition of the shares upon exercise of the
Warrants. The Selling Shareholders are not required to exercise the Warrants
and if exersied, are not required to resell the Shares issued to them upon
such exercise. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the
Shares by the selling Stockholders. The Company will receive proceeds from
the exercise of the Class A and Class B Warrants, to the extent such Warrants
are exercised, and such proceeds will be used as working capital by the
Company".

I KNOW that shorters are involved in the twisting of reality here but everyone I know is way too street smart to fall for such transparent feeble attempts at misinformation...

I suggest that Karl Noye change his moniker to A. Noye.
