Agree on Last Bottle. They are great at sourcing a wide variety of wines, their prices are very good, and their shipping and logistics are impeccable. They also stand behind what they sell. I've only gotten bad bottles a couple of times, and when I told them about it I got a credit instantly.

I like Last Bottle also, but you need to be quick in responding. Things go fast. It is a great way for clear out old inventory and gives us a shot at some interesting wines. No shipments here for a while, Florida summers.
