Good, now if you bought ITCD when I mentioned it you would have made near 7 %......good money there. It has three or four strong buys and sunk from the IPO in October. Moving back up now. Bruce

and where praytell Happy, did you here the rumor about a hiring freeze? During conference call AMAT had a significant amount of backlog.

Mr. Happy, I haven't followed this thread that closely and am unsure if there is still discussion of AMAT's rumored hiring freeze. I can, however, add this bit of information, whatever it's worth, to the discussion ... I have a fellow mechanical engineering friend who was just hired by AMAT. He reports to Austin, Tex. in early Jan. I told him I had heard that AMAT was rumored to soon announce a hiring freeze and asked him to ask AMAT HR about it. HR told him, "We're being very careful, selective, and paying close attention to offers right now". For whatever that's worth. Jolley
