Reply to my lawsuit inquiry yeilds this response:
"We can make no coment of such actions". Could this be for real ? Are they getting sued for manipulation ? The rumor is bogus, and if no action is taken, it opens the door for many more such manipulations.

Yeah, that surprises me too. After all it it was a big story and you'd expect some follow up. I'd be very surprised if CNBC isn't actively
attempting to unearth the veracity of the matter.
