Scott, It sounded like Joe left that question open to me, but my impression is that if the market doesn't revalue DCTC more favorably soon that the co. is ready to step in and correct that problem directly via a buyback. In the end I am sure that Joe will spend $$$ where he see's the best return. Having a higher share price is good for everyone, especially if aquisitions are made using stock as has been done in the past.
