You do realize that FY2009 started in October of 2008? Now who was in office then?

Over a third of the stimulus was tax cuts. I thought you liked tax cuts.

Look at everything from FY2000 to the estimates through FY2018.

There most definitely was a spiral.

The deficit pretty consistently went up under Dubya. It has pretty consistently gone down under Obama, albeit from a lofty altitude.
