Exactly, Gary ! They are looking at another backbone right now who has an attractive offer. Who is it? I don't know! She couldn't say!

Also,FYI, Helen said that it takes one person 4 hours to set up a DVG in any particular city. Normally they would be in a co-office or at an ISP facility.
