Selfcare (SLF).. A very rapidly growing company with a full plate indeed. They went on a buying binge the past two years and I am not sure if they have bitten off more than they can chew. They paid a whopping $ 30 million for the Nutitional Supplement business from AHP , a price which I find mind boggling ! They have taken over Orgenics recently and their BGM business is on target with the manufacturing plant in Inverness, Scotland. We do have a great deal of information compiled by Steve on the SLF/ENV/ TRIBY imbroglio. Seems to me he mentioned once that something is" triggered " if the stock price of SLF drops into the $ 8 dollar range ? Steve are you out there ? Feel free to delve into this huge pile of paper which Selfcare seems to flood Edgar with on a " routine " basis. edgar-online.com
