Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the trading volume going to be half of what we've been quoting here? E.g., if it ends up as 120 million shares, the number will be 60 million in tomorrow morning's newspaper?

I understand that NASDAQ counts a "trade" as two trades (one buy, one sell). So that's where my question comes from.
