FAMH isn't actually on the NASDAQ but they have plans to move there
someday. If the NASDAQ toughens it's requirements it might actually
be better for us in the long haul if they moved to the AMEX instead.

At any rate, we don't need to fear delisting.

Anthony, What I read on one of the threads is that they may be voting to drop non-reporting companies from quote servers. I would imagine this would take some time to implement IF it even gets passed. FAMH is planning on becoming a reporting company I believe the 1'st Q of 98.

I have not seen the report on this issue yet myself.
