MZUBOZ, we will more than likely need the SEC to step in after their investigation to force the issue. Even though they have a fiduciary right to, the brokers simply are not getting the job done for us. The DTC is not getting the job done. Our certificate requests continue to be ignored. The Calvery has been waiting nearly 4 months for some 250,000 plus shares to be converted into certificate form. The best that we can do is to send documentation of our continued certificate problem to the SEC and to RMIL and to play the waiting game. Certainly, once the company releases upcoming positive news, as expected, this should help since there appears to be many buyers lurking out there waiting for this to happen. Relax, time is on our side.

Rich,

If it is in fact true that There simply are no more certificates out there to satisfy the requests representing in excess of 1 million shares, then why, in your opinion, has someone not been forced to start buying so that the certs can be issued?

Why do you think there is a DELAY in certificates a delay so LONG that even the SEC claims is EXCESSIVE, maybe becaue they know ther are getting SHORT in certificates and want to shake shares lose before they are SQUEEZED! Please give me your professionsal OPINION, and please have smartin, mike, topcate etc etc DIRECTLY answer this in thier PROFESSIONAL opinion too, if you are here to save us, then manke TRUE to your claim, I HAVE NO SECRETS.
