They will throw enormous resources at fixing the website. But I do not believe in the mythical man-month. They will be forced to drop functionality, not cross-check with so many different government departments, to get something running. They will offer workarounds that go directly to insurers. They have to. They are already two weeks into a limited window, yet almost nobody has managed to enroll on a Federal exchange.
