TWT, Bearcat. But remember, this HAS TO BE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY! They haven't got a year to fix it. By Dec 15th, if they don't have everybody enrolled, the Insurance companies can't take the hit they will get.

if a state exchange can work - so can a federal exchange. How many state exchanges work? Until Mar, I was working for the largest health insurer in a state which wasn't even close to defining the interfaces between the exchange and the insurers. There is zero chance it had a successful rollout.

The Hawaii exchange was built by the same contractors as the Federal one, and it's still not open for business.
