The complexity of the tax code is an egregious fault, not a weapon. If the IRS tried to do that, they should start with Congress.

What they should do instead is hand out TurboTax free to every taxpayer.
the IRS could put them out of business tomorrow if they chose. And screw everyone who used the product.
