Who is balancing the scale ?

When Intel fell last summer, the stock traded over 60 odd
million shares and in the process it staged a dramatic
recovery.

While in Oracle's case, over 109 million shares have been
traded so far, thanks to the infamous MMs, the stock has been
holding steadily in between 22 7/8 - 23.

Unfortunately, the currency crisis will be around for at least a few more quarters as some countries are hit quite badly. Businesses everywhere are feeling the crunch and cutting back their budgets. But it's a matter of time before the region bounce back as the fundamentals and economic mechanics are very sound.

That's beside the point.
The play now is that (1) ORCL has been oversold, and (2) with all the downgrade and the lowering of earning estimates today, there is a very good chance for ORCL to meet or beat the estimate next quarter..
