Yes, and so it goes. Obama now needs to exercise his 14 Amendment rights. He has been empowered constitutionally to do so. I wonder when he can risk US lives in order to kill Osama, why is not willing to act when the lives of the entire citizenry of this nation is at risk. I don't care what happens in Syria. That is their business and I don't expect the US president to take unilateral action on matters like Syria. But this one concerns the security of the nation and as C-in-C he now needs to act. I expect the executive order to be issued at 11:59 pm on Oct 16.
