Someone once wrote that FIBR didn't get to market through an IPO, and I'm wondering if anyone can explain that.

Also, on the conference call, there was a question about the appeal of a settlement with previous owners. I thought Par was a founder of the company, so what was that all about? How much was this settlement or write-off; how much is it possible (likely, per Par) to win back from these people who have "deep pockets"?

Sign me "in the dark," but wanting to be "in the know."

David,
Does Ciennas WDM products use two fiber threads or just one?

BTW got my proxies and annual reports via "boonie(boon docks express) express" from both PT Discount and Ameritrade, and voted yes on all counts.

BTW Bell Atlantic (bel) still recommends Osicom products.
