I think the GOP should pass a clean increase to the debt limit through the end of the year. No changes, no sequester language. Then they should tell the president they will re-open the shut down departments of govt only under the condition that everyone is subjected to the provisions of Obamacare - no exceptions or favors. This is non-negotiable. The govt will remain permanently shut until Obamacare applies to everyone.
