Scrapps, I would agree with that. Though I am a little worried by the spillover into next qtr. It seems that it might allow them a little wiggle room to report a gain now, while pushing some into next qtr. when the standard is pumping out sales. Maybe that's good for me short term holding long, but I'm for taking your licks and getting on with it, and I'm not sure they have done that.

Scrapps,

Hassell, don't miss your chance to buy low by waiting.

Based on its own merits, I wouldn't expect much movement in COMS in either direction over the short term. The 56K standard may help.

However, I think the overall market is looking shaky as the impact of the Asian problems becomes more tangible. Plus, I don't think CSCO can be the last man standing in networking for much longer. If CSCO has problems, I think they will pull an ORCL and all the networkers will suffer with them. For now, I'm building up some cash.
