It might make sense to not want to guess and give the wrong information about the final subsidized price before an account is created and info entered, but you should be able to find out what the unsubsidized price is. A lot of people won't qualify for subsidies, and some of those who do qualify will have a decent idea about the size of the subsidy or price limit they face. Right next to the price they could put something like (you may qualify for subsidies, and then put a link to create a login and enter data to find out if you do).
