Your figures are quite not correct; in the first two months 18K had signed up; in the US after three weeks, only a few more have made it through the Obamacare enrollment process. And Romneycare didn't have the kind of mess Obamacare has and was a tiny fraction of the scope (the Romney care legislation was around 100 pages, IIRC, while Obamacare was close to 3K pages). Let's talk January 1. And Mass also had a highly competent governor at the time, while that obviously can't be said about the president. Oh Dave take up a hobby........you stink at politics and evaluating the abilities of people.
