I see Boehner as the key player driving the drama. He could end this at any time, by taking the current Senate bill and putting it to the floor. It seems like he's trying to keep his Teapers happy, but in the end, he can't. Unless we default. I think he's lying when he says he doesn't have the votes. He'd have all the (D)'s and enough sane (R) reps likely to be beat by a (D) to pass the thing. I can't figure out what game he is playing.........and apparently people in his own caucus don't understand what he's doing either. Maybe he's a latent teaper.
