Here is another question on a Nov 12, 1997 news release LAKE PARK, Fla., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Definition, LTD (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news) is pleased to announce that Blue Sage Entertainment, a subsidiary of Definition, LTD has signed a Distribution Agreement with Monument Entertainment for mass distribution of audio and visual products. Is it in Blue Sage or DFNL's Libray? If it is in DFNL's Library why does DFNL need Blue Sage????<< ANSWER: Blue Sage (and DFNL owns 100% of Blue Sage) owns Full Rights to these videos by virtue of a 5-year exclusive agreement with the owner of the footage to distribute the footage.
