Bid and ask -market depth by price etc. is available from brokers who are hooked up to the exchange/a member. Many can't be bothered going to the proper terminal (if they don't have one on their desk)to get the market depth. I have P.C.Quote system which has the market depth as part of the quote service.

Market Depth is a wonderful tool for looking at what is behind the bid and ask. I subscribe to a service called Canada Stockwatch.
The service is excellent and very resonably priced (especially if you reside in the United States.

Check it out....http://www.canada-stockwatch.com/

Note you will not be able to go into all areas including market depth without a subsciption. Log on as a guest.
