As mentioned before there will likely be an announcement they're exercising their option to buy another 5% of Oxo-Chemie before the end of the year when it expires. It costs $5mm and gives them a total of 25%. If it was a drug approval announcement then it could cause some serious upside in the shares, but it seems a little early for that.

Greg, I suspect there will be an announcement in the next few weeks. I know they have been working on several fronts: - working to get the data ready for a peered reviewed journal to publish their WF10 trial results. - likely will be submitting to the FDA soon (I suspect) for Pennsaid review - that has been discussed in the past. - possibly something to do with the pending cancer study with WF10. - possibly something to do with the previous UK submission for Pennsaid approval. The nice volume today could have something to do with any of these - or none ..... but certainly something seems to be in the wings. MB
