most semis and naz looking weak lately. although i think toaday is mostly due to oracle. OUCH, glad i don't own that one. that is why you have to buy low in companies with good fundamentals who will be around to recover after a bad quarter or even a slower one. i will go back and read postings from 1996 as someone suggested. but, my experience says that even though we may see a little more to the downside (hope not much), the upside should be worth the wait and stock price will move quite quickly. i don't want to miss the train.

Don: The problem in semi's today is finding low risk bargins.

Nearly everyone on this thread is saying what a bargin TSEMF is however they are not comparing it with other semis. If you want a B/V value look at Tseng for a P/S trade look at OAKT and ALSC is a great stock if you want to gamble on a turn-around in the memory market. All of these stocks have a lower risk model than TSEMF, RISK is what gets ignored on these threads. Everyone is so busy working out how much they can make that they forget to calculate what could go wrong.

Personally I calculate risk with twice the accuracy that I bother to calculate possible rewards, I guess that makes me a "Half full glass" kinda guy. But on the plus side it sure helps me understand why a stock is being dumped. Or in the case of TSEMF, not being bought.
