But then again, that's what happens when government does something. It will always come in 5X over budget and with a quality that is less than acceptable in the private sector. But since government is "too big to fail," this is all too often accepted as a necessary evil. And yet, the websites solely designed and put up by CA, KY, CT, CO and 13 other states are doing just fine. Only the websites by states that partnered with the feds are having problems and those problems are diminishing with each passing day. And let me add, I have never seen a new website without problems the first week.............and this website is covering one of the more complicated gov't programs. The feds may have screwed up but it will be cleared up. Why? Because Obama is behind it.
