the data says of those who get through the website and all the rest of it are not buying the insurance. i am pretty sure those that got to the end finally understand they cannot afford it.

From my own experience with large scale dedicated systems application software projects, I doubt it as healthcare.gov was clearly a process created by third string talent. But that just delays the knowledge that no one can afford the premiums and that those who had individual policies will see massive increases in costs. I would call it recursive obamanation....
