You're exactly right, loco. I personally want to see a very strong and concerted Tea Party drive to replace Boehner, McConnell, McCain, and Ayotte in 2014, along with all other RINOs who betrayed conservatives and supported Obama and this heinous plan of Reid/McConnell. The Tea Party should start collecting money right now and advancing Tea Party candidates to replace the RINOs.

Otherwise, if conservative voters really want the likes of Boehner, McConnell and other RINOs representing them, they may as well vote for Democrats. -nfg-

Instead of betraying conservatives, the RINOs should have banded together and refused to raise the debt ceiling or reopen the government under any circumstances, come hell or high water. Instead, they backstabbed conservatives, just like they did with TARP and Obamacare. Of course, that's what makes the RINOs.

We know that McConnell was bought off, and since the large Olmsted Dam Lock Project benefits the entire Ohio River area, Boehner may have been bought off as well with the inclusion of the earmark.

In fact, Sen. Casey (D-PA) wrote to Speaker Boehner about the Water Resources and Development Act this past summer [1], which includes many development projects along the Ohio River.
