"Remember how everyone was going to save money....and we were all going to get to keep our plans....talk about fairy tales...."

Well - Ron is either telling a fairy tale or there are some circumstances he is teasing us with that make the Obama lies come true. I am anxiously waiting for the details of the "fairy tale". Of course - since he does not like me - he will likely keep the fairy tale details secret.

IMO the whole Republican strategy was wrong. The current budget debate was the most useful distraction Obama could imagine to distract attention from his signature disaster. Never get in the way of your enemy when he is self destructing. We got in the way. Very foolish.

Remember how everyone was going to save money...

I never believed this for one second. You can't take a super expensive system, create a hundred new agencies and hire new armies of paper pushers... then, scare the insurance companies by forcing them to accept sick people without previous insurance... make things far more complicated - and in the end this will save money? LOL.
