As I told Ten, the (R)'s cut the taxes, didn't cut the spending and got us to where we ARE. Obama's ready to deal, but the deal will involve tax hikes on the wealthy in exchange for spending cuts. It's called "governing".

Are Republicans ready to deal, NOW?

Except the "bank" in this case -- the world -- thinks that the U.S.'s credit is the best in the world, and is only weakened when the Republicans mess with it.
