Everyone that I know of that is a customer and accesses SI also participates in the news groups, even if only as an observer as Cathy has chosen to do. Since I do believe that "Customer Focus" will lead to success much sooner that "Investor Focus", the primary focus should be the news groups. What is the general consensus on this? Are there customers who lurk here that do not also lurk on the newsgroups? Now is the time to voice an opinion. What do the individuals whose sole interest in Centura is from an investor's point of view think?
