That's the weirdest conference committee arrangement I've ever seen. It includes every member of the Senate committee and four members of each party from the House. Very strange.

Republican Sens. Jeff Sessions (Ala.), Chuck Grassley (Iowa), Mike Enzi (Wyo.), Mike Crapo (Idaho), Lindsey Graham (S.C.), Pat Toomey (Pa.), Ron Johnson (Wis.), Kelly Ayotte (N.H.) and Roger Wicker (Miss.) were also appointed to the conference.
