Steve:

----->I was curous about what happens to Red Dog's support levels once they are broken, ie., do they then become resistance ?

A qualified YES.
After roughly fifteen/twenty minutes.
It also has an effect in the inverse manner, too----when broken for 15/20 minutes resistance broken becomes support.

----->are Red Dog's resistance and support levels re-calculated throughout the trading session, since the neural net is plugged in to a realtime quote server - or are the OEX calculations performed like a "batch job", generating one set of numbers after digesting each session's meal of data ?

Again, a qualified YES.
Most of the time (95%) the figures don't move enough to make an impact of great proprotion. However, in the past when they move out of the range of the posted ones, I'll post the expanded ones if I'm at a computer that will get me to SI.

BTW---the post from little after noon EST with the 470 and 979.5 didn't hold and as you surmised, they are now resistance.
The closest support figs are 976.5 and 466 right now.

If I read Partick correctly he said the DOW will be down 125 before turning.
His call selling OEX 465 is now well into the profit lane............

Regards---Nemer

EDIT----
market falling and went right through 976.5

Pat didn't get his call sale filled and has taken the afternoon off----that's a shame.

support now at 968 and 460
