there will be ample time to review the rules before the vote. If you would like to provide suggestions for the rules, please do so by PM and I will make every attempt to consider your suggestions for inclusion into the rules before the vote.

The voting will be for the set of rules that will be published later (but before the vote) and for the moderator. Voters will have the option of voting "none of the above".

I don't trust Jorj to run the "election" any more than I trusted TideGlider. No one ASKED for any "election". Just these recent carpetbaggers.
