what do they do when they catch them. what is the penalty and do they enforce it.
Similar to Obamacare, there is a fine. I don't know the amount. If you were expecting a refund, they will deduct it, I am not sure what collection powers they have otherwise. I am insured, very expensively, those aspects of the law do not affect me.
