Firamada DOES NOT expect to have any problem with NASDAQ because they are becoming a fully reporting company and they are meeting the small cap requirements.

I did catch a later report on CNBC report. It basically had to do with shell, non-existent companies and there are a bunch of them out there. They are voting to require companies to file reports.
