That's probably true. Someone else said the guys, who's drives are the drivers behind teen pregnancy, would never go for getting even temporarily clipped, which is probably also true.

I just see population as such a huge, unacknowledged problem, not just here, but everywhere. We probably need a solution as portrayed in the movie, "Children of Men", some pandemic that causes sterility.
