The problem is that you believe Obama is a miracle-worker. You're not just saying that to piss off Republicans or avoid having to explain exactly how Obama "prevented a crisis from turning into a catastrophe." You actually believe it.

Huh? Of course I believe it. I watched him in action. Despite complaints from Rs ad nauseum, he went ahead and saved the automobile industry, kept the banks from going under and got people back to work.

Miracle worker? Never ever said that. I think he is a very competent president.....that's all. You think he's a miracle worker only because you got used to Bush's flawed efforts.

That explains your whole "Trust in Obama" answer to the deficit. As long as the "miracle worker" is in the White House, deficits cannot be out-of-control, and if they are, it's the fault of those right-wingers.

Sorry Ted, but I don't think that way. I can recognize greatness, and Obama isn't it.
