Because the Fed is buying Treasuries in closed market and MBS's (Mortagage Backed Securities) from the banks via electronic trading without accounting for it in the M1 and M2 money supply. They are printing without actually printing dollars. Take a look at the Fed's balance sheet. 3.5 Trillion ? How do they get away with that ? The game is rigged!
