Hi Dale,

I am just now looking into SSII as a long term investment, and probably an in/out along the way up. I think that their potential looks good. They just reported their first profitable qtr, and have netted a million dollar lawsuit against Acclaim Entertainment.

There are only 4.4 Million shares outstanding, with no institutional holdings, and 2 individuals with large holdings (Louis Habash (50%) and Vincent Bitetti (28%)). Short interest is small, decreasing from 5,564 in Dec to 851 in Jan. All shorts have been covered on the SSII warrants.

They have just signed a licensing agreement with New Line Cinema, and are pursuing international distribution channels.

Your present thoughts on SSII would be greatly appreciated.

Jim
