The MCA inspected VVUS's new plant on Dec 4th and 5th.

Great news. Thanks for passing this on.

What are the chances of recognizing some Q4 revenue from this?
IF they can stockpile new plant production for UK now, and IF
the approval comes by the end of the fiscal quarter/year, and IF
they can get it off their dock by then, then there may be a
chance for some new earnings growth, depending on how they
recognize revenue for sales to Astra.

Still nibbling, Dr. Bond? I can't read the quote screen anymore - my eyes have glazed over due to this extended decline. All I can make out is the color - red. Maybe once I see some green I'll try some eyedrops. Too bad, Viagra's not on the market - I could pop a pill and see lots of different colors.

Any lower and I'll have to start praying - better to lay the ground work now.

Pardon me, all, for playing devil's advocate, but if the most recent FDA plant inspection didn't create upward action for VVUS, why should the new one by the MCA? What would be the distinction here?
