then what you are saying is this : that on the way back up when the break is 978.26 and the SPZ is 980.40....which means more or less they will hit at the same time or at least by the time the SPX hits the SPZ will have already hit...that at 978.26 you hit the neutral zone and 1/2 point back down and that is sufficient to give a sell signal again

So the buffer of .50 is going to generate the sell signal? given that the SPZ goes down by its .50 buffer as well
