Per usual, Breitbart is lying about what he said. Obama said if the Republicans want to stop the ACA, they will have to win elections. Because it can't happen unless the presidency, the Senate and the House are controlled by one party. And that is the way it should be. A minority of one of the two houses in our government should not have the power to overturn any law they don't agree with. It is pretty sick that they thought they had the right to do that.
