***1 STOCK 1 WEEK*** PSFT short close 11-9

Obviously, this would have been a better short before today, but I don't think it has seen all of the damage that it is likely to get from the ORCL debacle. PSFT along with BAANF are, IMO, overvalued and have been for quite a while. I recognize that there may be a bounce after today, but I have a lot of other things to do the rest of the week, so I'm getting in now.

BTW, ORCL over 150MM shares traded. I believe that it may be some kind of record.....ORCL may also be a good play for a bounce, but the knife is sharp.

Rudy: I, too, want to extend thanks and appreciation for all of your efforts on the game and on the TA assistance. Your voice will be missed. FWIW, you might want to check into AOL, they have several international access numbers. A lawyer in my firm that is in trial in the war crimes trial in the Netherlands uses a local AOL acess number there to keep in touch and to have easy net access. May be worth a look. In any event, if we don't here from you until the Spring, good luck.

Troy

P.S. - I am willing to keep up with the game, but my reporting of the results is not likely to be as predictable and regular as Rudy's.
